Policies
CANCELATION POLICY:
Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at BeautyKit Studio. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new, and current guests supply a credit card to have on file. In the event we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your card:
CANCELATION WITHIN 24 HOURS
Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.
CANCELATION LESS THAN 24 HOURS
Notification given less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
Failure to show for your appointment will result in a full charge of the scheduled service.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you are running late, please notify BeautyKit Studio ASAP. Running late for your appointment may result in an adjustment to your service to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be considered a “no show” and will be charged accordingly.
Complete Satisfaction Guarantee
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with our Denver Salon, please let our staff know at the time of your appointment and we will have our staff redo your service to your satisfaction. If you would feel more comfortable with a different stylist, we are happy to accommodate you.
Pets
Although we love pets of any kind, non-service animals are not allowed in the studio.
Children
Although we love children, we have many non-child friendly tools in our studio, so we kindly ask to make sure your children are accompanied at all times.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, gift cards and cash. We do not accept checks.
Tipping
Tip is not included in our service prices. Cash tips for services are greatly appreciated.
